About Us Integritas Professional Inc.’s mission and value is to assist our clients with increasing revenues, profits, and market share. This is done via incorporating sales and marketing strategies, tactics, related processes and activities into new or complementing existing programs; all aimed at getting new business for our valued clients. Ultimately and within the markets we serve, the vision is to become the recognized leader as judged by our clients and the best to work with as judged by our valued employees and strategic partners. Our objective and goal is to successfully position our clients…enabling them to present their products and services … ultimately closing more business.
Our motto, “Raise the Bar”, was created and established as a result of many years of successful sales and sales management. It reflects the drive, focus, and spirit with which we approach each and every client opportunity. Our name, Integritas is the Latin root word for “Integrity”. It was given to us by past clients who in the process of evaluating our approach, capabilities, and services, felt we reflected honesty and professionalism in all we do. We were so honored, we named the company accordingly.
Our services are broad, yet specific and thorough. They are activity based and incorporate strategic through tactical elements of a sales/marketing program. Our core competencies, delivery model, and outcomes are content, quality, and value driven. We evaluate, design, develop and implement business-to-business custom sales/marketing campaigns and programs. We integrate these with custom training and coaching.
Fashioned around a “consultative” or "value added" sales approach... the methods, processes, techniques, and tools we bring to each effort have been proven and are crafted to meet the needs of our clients. Integritas utilizes one of the industries most recognized and established Salesforce Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools – Salesforce.com. We believe a successful implementation is where “the rubber hits the road”. Consequently, we live the sales plans created with our clients. Above and beyond the planning phases we pride ourselves on the implementation and coaching activities and sessions.
Our business model takes a “Best Practices” approach. Integritas has established relationships with nationally and locally known companies and people that have unique and often “niche” products and services. These strategic partners work in concert with Integritas providing a custom client solution. Depending on a client’s needs, their solution is often a selection from our areas of emphasis and related activities, deliverables, tools etc. These are then bundled and crafted into a program that best reflect a client's unique situation. Only able to work between 30 and 60 minutes per day he started by setting appointments, senior management level, for his clients. Since, Integirtas has grown to provide a broad base of highly effective services, stategic through tactical, to sales professionals at all levels. | What do clients say? Integritas Professional, Inc, was named by clients. They felt, when assessing the delivery put forth by Integritas's founder, that he had a high degree of Integrity and was always Professional. The word "Integritas" is the latin root word for the English work integrity. So honored Gary Mach named the company accordingly.
